In celebration of the release of Carner’s critically-acclaimed and Mercury Prize-nominated album, ‘hugo,’ the South London musician has reinterpreted the record for an all-new and reworked version, recorded live during his special performance at London’s Royal Albert Hall in October 2023.
The project has also come alongside a brand new box set. Available as a fully-functioning toolbox, the project is based on a similar toolbox Carner’s father once gave to him, providing a space for people to “store the tools you can’t see,” such as ideas, music, or even to lock phones away for that little bit of headspace we all need from time to time.
